请问找律师打offer，买房，整个手续要大概多少钱啊？

      closing cost $1300~$1500 (Include lawyer fee--about$1000, title insurance---about$300, registration fee---about$70......). And you have to pay Ontario Land Transfer Tax, it will be about 1.4% of your house\'s price.
